From aluminium alloys and grey iron to stainless steel, nickel-based superalloys and engineering plastics — Audhe Industries selects and certifies every material for strength, precision and long-term performance in demanding industrial applications.
At Audhe Industries, material selection is the foundation of every component we manufacture. Whether we are producing aluminium gravity die castings, grey iron castings, investment die castings or CNC machined components, we choose the material that best matches the client's performance, weight, corrosion resistance and cost requirements.
Every material batch is verified by optical emission spectrometer (OES) to confirm chemical composition before production begins. Full material certification — including mill test certificates (MTC) and certificates of conformance (COC) — is provided with every shipment.

Engineering advice on best grade for your use
ASTM, BS, IS material standards met
We work with six core material families — each selected for specific mechanical properties, corrosion resistance and castability. Every grade is sourced from certified suppliers and verified in-house before use.
Lightweight, corrosion-resistant and highly castable. Used for gravity die, sand and pressure die castings across automotive, hydraulic and general engineering.
High-strength iron castings for heavy-duty industrial and automotive use. Excellent machinability, vibration damping and wear resistance. Cost-effective for large, complex shapes.
Austenitic, duplex and super duplex stainless steel grades for investment casting and CNC machined components requiring superior corrosion resistance or high-temperature performance.
High-performance alloys for extreme temperature, high-pressure and aggressive corrosion environments. Used in defence, aerospace, chemical processing and marine applications.
Exceptional strength-to-weight ratio with outstanding biocompatibility and corrosion resistance. Used in aerospace, medical implants, marine and chemical process equipment.
Lightweight, chemically resistant engineering-grade plastics for automotive, electrical and packaging applications. Cost-effective where structural metal load is moderate.

Not sure which material suits your application? Our engineers match your requirements to the best available grade — balancing performance, cost and manufacturability.
Choose aluminium alloys — ideal for automotive, hydraulic, textile and general engineering. LM25 (A356) in T6 gives best structural strength.
Choose grey or ductile iron — the most cost-effective option for large, heavy-duty castings. FG 260 and SG 500/7 cover most automotive and industrial needs.
Choose stainless steel (304, 316 or duplex) — for food, pharmaceutical, chemical and marine environments. Investment casting produces near-net-shape stainless parts.
Choose nickel-based superalloys (Inconel, Monel, Hastelloy) — for defence, aerospace, petrochemical and marine applications where stainless steel is insufficient.
Choose titanium GR2 or Ti-6Al-4V — best strength-to-weight ratio of any structural metal, with full biocompatibility for medical, dental and aerospace applications.
Choose engineering plastics (PA66, POM, PTFE) — when metal is overkill. Excellent chemical resistance, low friction and easy machinability at a fraction of metal cost.
Our material quality controls give clients and procurement teams full confidence that every component is made from exactly the right, verified material.
Chemical composition of every incoming material batch verified before entering production.
Third-party mill test certificates provided for stainless steel, nickel alloy and titanium materials.
Full COC issued with every shipment — grade, heat number, chemical composition and properties.
Every casting traceable to its specific heat/lot — critical for automotive PPAP, aerospace and defence.
