How Every Component Is Inspected — From Pour to Packing

Our quality inspection is not a single final check — it runs at five distinct stages throughout the production of every aluminium casting, iron casting, CNC machined component and fabricated part.

Incoming Material Inspection

All raw materials — aluminium alloys, iron, stainless steel and engineering plastics — are verified by OES spectrometer before entering production. Rejected materials are quarantined and returned.

First Article Inspection (FAI)

The very first component from each new tool or setup is fully measured against the customer drawing. Any deviation triggers an immediate corrective action before batch production begins.

In-Process Quality Checks

During casting and machining, operators carry out regular sampling checks using precision gauges, micrometers and go/no-go gauges to catch deviations in real time — not after the batch is complete.

Touch-probe CMM provides three-dimensional dimensional verification of critical features to micron-level accuracy. Used for complex castings and tight-tolerance CNC components.

Yes. Audhe Industries is ISO 9001:2015 certified. The certification covers our full manufacturing scope including aluminium castings, iron castings, CNC machined components, investment die casting, fabrication and industrial plastics. Our QMS is audited annually by an accredited certification body. Copies of our certificate are available on request.
Standard documents with every shipment: dimensional inspection report, Certificate of Conformance (COC), OES material analysis report and packing list. On request we also provide: First Article Inspection (FAI) reports, PPAP documentation, hardness test records, mill test certificates (MTC) for raw material, and Certificate of Origin (COO) for export orders.
For critical dimensions and visual defects, we perform 100% inspection on all finished components before dispatch. Material verification (OES) is done on every production heat/batch. For high-volume orders, we also carry out in-process sampling at defined intervals per our control plan. If a customer requires 100% CMM or specific sampling plans, we accommodate this in our quality plan.
Yes. We can prepare PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documentation for automotive and other regulated supply chains. This includes: design records, process flow diagrams, FMEA, control plans, measurement system analysis (MSA), initial process capability study and sample parts. Please specify PPAP level required when placing your enquiry.
Our overall rejection rate across all aluminium casting, iron casting and CNC machining production is below 0.5%. This is achieved through our five-stage inspection process — incoming material verification, first article inspection, in-process checks, final dimensional inspection and pre-dispatch audit. Any rejected components are quarantined and root cause analysis is conducted to prevent recurrence.
Yes. For hydraulic aluminium castings — including valve bodies, pump housings and manifolds — we offer pneumatic and hydraulic pressure/leak testing to confirm pressure tightness and the absence of porosity in critical sealing surfaces. Test pressure and duration can be specified by the customer. Results are documented and included in the QC report.
