Our engineering team translates client drawings and samples into manufacturable designs — running DFM analysis, mould flow simulation and first article programmes for aluminium castings, iron castings and CNC components.
Our foundry specialists manage the full casting lifecycle — from alloy preparation and OES verification through gravity die, pressure die and sand casting production for aluminium and iron components.
Our CNC machining team operates multi-axis turning and milling centres to produce tight-tolerance components from aluminium, steel, stainless and special alloys — to exactly your engineering drawings.
Our quality team enforces ISO 9001:2015 standards at every production stage — from incoming material OES verification through CMM dimensional inspection, hardness testing and pre-dispatch audits.
Our in-house toolroom specialists design and machine all casting dies, jigs and fixtures — using H13 tool steel, CNC milling and EDM to deliver precise, long-life tooling faster than any outsourced option.
Our export and customer service team manages international orders end-to-end — from technical enquiries and quotations through export documentation, freight coordination and post-delivery support for 30+ countries.
Our manufacturing plant at SIDCO Industrial Estate, Malumichampatti, Coimbatore houses our foundry, CNC machine shop, toolroom, quality lab and export packing department — all under one roof, managed by our dedicated team.
