Our manufacturing facility at Plot No. 132 & 133, SIDCO Industrial Estate, Malumichampatti, Coimbatore is a purpose-built precision manufacturing plant covering CNC machining, aluminium casting, in-house toolmaking and quality inspection under one roof.

BT40 spindle VMCs with 600×400×300mm machining envelope — pockets, contours, bores, slots and 3D profiles. CAM-programmed from customer 3D models. 4th axis available.
Tilting GDC machines with pneumatic die closing — LM4, LM6 and LM25 aluminium alloys. Die temperatures maintained by cartridge heaters. Induction furnace for alloy melting and degassing.
In-house H13 die manufacturing — CNC milling, EDM wire cutting, surface grinding and tool refurbishment. Die repairs and modifications completed in-house for fast turnaround.
CMM touch-probe dimensional inspection, OES optical emission spectrometer, Brinell/Rockwell hardness tester, surface profilometer and profile projector. 100% inspection on critical dimensions.
Tumble and table shot blasting for casting surface preparation — removes scale, flash and oxide. Fettling benches for gate/runner removal, deburring and hand finishing before machining.
