Wider track, better corner. Audhe hub centric wheel spacers push your wheels outward so rims and tyres sit flush with the fender line, giving the vehicle a planted, aggressive stance while improving cornering traction and handling stability.
Because each spacer is bored to match the vehicle's hub bore exactly, the wheel is centred on the hub itself rather than on the lug nuts alone — reducing vibration at speed and keeping wheel run-out within tolerance. Wider spacers also open clearance for larger wheels, wider tyres and big-brake kits without rubbing on the strut, control arm or chassis rail.
Every spacer is forged and CNC machined from certified 6061-T6 or 7075-T6 aluminium billet at our in-house Coimbatore facility, paired with ISO 898-1 Grade 12.9 wheel studs and ISO 898-2 Grade 10 lug nuts, and 100% dimensionally inspected before dispatch.

Every feature below is built into the spacer at the forging and CNC machining stage, not added afterward — from the alloy billet through to the fastener set supplied with each spacer.
Material
Audhe uses only high-grade forged 6061-T6 or 7075-T6 billet aluminium alloy for every wheel spacer — never cast aluminium, which is more porous and prone to fatigue cracking under repeated load. Forging aligns the metal's grain structure for greater strength and durability.

Matching wheel studs are manufactured from high-strength JIS SCM440 alloy steel, meeting ISO 898-1 Property Class 12.9 — the highest common bolt property class — for reliable clamping force under repeated load cycles.

Matching lug nuts meet ISO 898-2 Property Class 10, engraved with the Audhe mark for traceability, so customers and end users can confirm the fastener set is genuine and manufactured to specification.
Design
Audhe wheel spacers use a full-cone (60°) seat design at every fastener point, giving a larger contact area, more even force distribution and a more secure, repeatable fit than partial-cone or ball-seat alternatives.
Design
Building on standard hub-centric wheel spacers, Audhe's multi-stage hub-centric design further reduces the chance of high-speed vibration. Bench and road testing shows the effect is measurably better than common single-stage alternatives, fitting more precisely, more safely and more stably.
Finish
A knurled side pattern enhances the appearance of the spacer while also enlarging the surface area exposed to air, improving heat dissipation and reducing internal stress — supporting the performance, strength and durability of the finished spacer.
Serviceability
Small notches machined into the corner of each spacer make it easy to dismount without special tools, improving the fitment experience for installers. A screwdriver placed in the limited clearance between the axle plate and spacer allows quick, simple removal.
