13 photos of aluminium castings manufactured at Audhe Industries — GDC parts, gravity die castings, sand castings and pressure die cast components in LM2, LM4, LM6, LM24 and LM25 alloys. Every casting produced at our Coimbatore foundry, OES spectrometer verified, and inspected before dispatch. ISO 9001:2015 certified aluminium casting manufacturer, supplier and exporter.
This gallery showcases the range of aluminium castings produced at Audhe Industries' Coimbatore foundry — from simple bracket and housing castings through to complex multi-core components for automotive, hydraulic, general engineering and export applications.
The majority of components shown are gravity die castings (GDC parts) — produced by pouring OES-verified aluminium alloy into permanent steel dies. GDC gives better mechanical properties and a cleaner surface finish than sand casting, while avoiding the high tooling cost and cycle time of pressure die casting. We also produce sand castings and pressure die castings depending on the design, volume and material requirement.
Every casting is produced from OES spectrometer-verified alloy, inspected dimensionally against the customer drawing, and dispatched with a Certificate of Conformance (COC). PPAP and material test certificates available on request for automotive and export clients.
Permanent steel die, gravity pour — best for LM4, LM6, LM25 medium-high volume
Lowest tooling cost, highest design flexibility — all LM grades
Every incoming batch spectrometer-checked before entering production
Certificate of Conformance, PPAP, MTC on request

The castings in this gallery span multiple alloy grades — each selected for its specific combination of castability, mechanical properties, corrosion resistance and application suitability. Our engineers advise on the best grade for your component at no charge.
General automotive parts, motor housings, brackets. Excellent fluidity for thin-wall pressure die casting.
Good castability with better strength than LM2. Valve bodies, pump housings, manifolds by gravity die or sand casting.
High silicon, excellent corrosion resistance. Marine, general engineering and food equipment castings.
Best choice for high-volume pressure die casting. Automotive, electrical and consumer products.
T6 heat treatment gives UTS 280MPa+. Aerospace, defence, structural and hydraulic applications.
Good combination of castability and mechanical properties for general engineering applications.
The components in this gallery were produced using one of three casting methods — selected based on the component design, production volume, alloy grade and customer requirements. Audhe Industries advises on the optimal method during our DFM review process.
Molten aluminium poured by gravity into a permanent steel die — no pressure. Produces better mechanical properties and surface finish than sand casting. Most components in this gallery are GDC parts. Ideal for LM4, LM6, LM25 alloys in medium-to-high volume.
Aluminium poured into sand moulds — lowest tooling cost, most design flexibility. Best for complex shapes, large components and low-volume production. All LM grades suitable. Pattern lead time 3–6 weeks; no pressure die tooling investment required.
Molten aluminium injected at high pressure into a steel die — fastest cycle times, thinnest walls, best dimensional accuracy. Used for LM2 and LM24 in automotive, electrical and consumer product applications at high volumes.
